Three Steps to Greatness.

"Greatness" can only be achieved one day at a time.


Step 1
Make a Decision - What aspect of your life to you want to be Great? This is the all important step that most people undervalue, DON'T BE THAT PERSON.

Make a list of at least three ideas you want to take place in your life - write them down from an already accomplished perspective. Here are some REAL examples I am currently living...

1. "Add Value to others every day, I will exponentially increase the amount of joy and fulfillment I experience EVERYDAY" - I honestly believe if I can add enough value to others lives that whatever dreams I may have will be realized. The belief that Adding Value to others will help me achieve my dreams has been the most rewarding belief I have developed. Add Value whenever you can - your life will respond positively.

2. "I am so thankful that I have built an online business that produces $2,000 a month passive income." - This goal has been an adventure because when I started I literally knew nothing about blogging, web traffic or how to monetize online. By setting the goal, my brain knows what to look for and I have found all the tools I need to be successful online.

3. "I going to learn to speak Spanish fluently in 6 months" - I learn one lesson a day on YouTube. The lessons are 2-3 minutes each. I have been slacking on this goal.

4. "Have a daily Yoga Practice" - I have had an injured lower back for over a year. By practicing Yoga everyday I will heal my pain.

If you are trying to lose weight, "My Goal is to weigh 15 pounds less and feel FANTASTIC and be full of energy!"

MANUALLY Write the goals down - Read - Write It Down, Make It Happen: Knowing What You Want And Getting It - which is a great book. Use different sized words to stress IMPORTANCE, and different colored letters, different shapes etc.
 -The purpose is to write them down in a Dynamic way - the more dynamic you write down the goals, the more emotion you can create and associate with your goals, the more successful you will be.

Step 2
Find a way - Get momentum! Do a minimum one small task to accomplish each of your goals everyday. Read books, search Youtube, ask friends, family, talk to people who are where you WANT to be - people who have already achieved greatness in that area.

Find someone who has done what you want to do, find out how they did it. There is so much knowledge available for free - find a person who has ALREADY succeeded in your greatness area. Don't worry so much about the "how to get started" those who do, NEVER START! Too many times people get caught up in getting started the right way. Truthfully, it doesn't matter how you get started, JUST GET STARTED.

Keep trying different approaches until you find something that is working. Remember, we have already made the decision that WE ARE GOING TO ACCOMPLISH OUR GOAL, now it is just a matter of trial and error until we find the right technique. Don't be stingy, have an open mind and try anything and everything.


Step 3
Prioritize - TIME is the only real value we have on Earth. If you buy a $500,000 home, the value of the home is how much TIME it took you to afford a $500,000 home. The REAL value of the home might be 10 years or even 50 years. Use your time wisely, it is literally all we have.

Try to take care of your goals prior to 11 am everyday.
Make your goals your Priority! Everyday! Everyday! Everyday! that is three times. Take care of your goals and the steps EVERYDAY.

Remember "ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY!" - Greatness, success, real achievement takes time. The ONLY difference between a great person and an average person is how they prioritize their time.
